So who is saintjoetheservant? Well first and foremost I am a servant and friend of the LORD Jesus Christ, next I am a husband and a dad of three, finally my daily occupation is a network engineer for my city government. My journey into beatmaking began back in 2001, not that long ago, me and my bro Mario were just starting out as gospel rappers and we needed beats, I bought my first drum machine which was a Boss DR-5 and asked the LORD to make music through me.
Since that day I have continued to seek the LORD's face so that He may bless the music He makes through me, I take no credit for the work He chooses to do through me, I have no musical training I am just a vessel who said yes to the LORD. When I became more serious about being a minister for the LORD, through music and later through spoken word or preaching, I also became more devoted in using my beats to glorify the LORD and thus I will only work with those whose ideas and purpose align with what the LORD is doing in and through me, that the LORD gives me peace to work with.
I am also one half of a gospel rap ministry by the name of Apostle Emmanuel, whose purpose is simply to present the LORD and His glorious new covenant.
